SHIPPING CHARGES

Ignite Your Potential adds $2.92 to the cost of each softcover book purchased to cover the cost of shipping first class mail via the US postal service inside the United States and its Territories.  We will add $6.00 to the cost of each softcover book shipped to Canada. 

Ignite Your Potential does not accept orders from outside the United States and its Territories and Canada.

DELIVERIES

We ship our books via first-class mail through the United States Postal Service.  Orders leave our facility within one business day of your order. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. In the unlikely event the book is damaged in shipping, please contact us via our website.

DOWNLOADABLE EBOOKS

The ebook will be available for download for three days from the date of purchase.  You will have three opportunities to download it before it is locked.  If you have trouble with the download, please contact us via our website.  To download your book after purchase, go to My Account, login with the username and password you established when you ordered, and then cllick the File Downloads link. You'll find the ebook file there.

SALES TAX

Since we are a Georgia business, we are required to add applicable sales tax to any order that originates in the state of Georgia.  The tax rate is 7%.

BULK SALES
