The quality of your day is influenced by the choices you make -- from the moment you open your eyes in the morning until you close them again at night.
You have the ability to determine how you will react to the influences of other people as well as the situations you experience.
Make the decision to have a positive attitude. Don't allow negative people to interfere with your focus.
There are some individuals who are just not happy keeping their complaints to themselves; they enjoy sharing their burdens with others. This does not have to include you. Be aware that they may be involved in a situation -- personally or professionally -- that is causing them to act the way they do. Remember, their attitude and how they live their day is their choice. It's your choice to keep them from draining your energy.
Focus on positive thoughts, positive actions and positive people. At the end of the day, when you get back into bed, recall how many pleasant memories you created during your day.
Make a commitment to make tomorrow even greater than today!
